Bar at the edge of Papillon - Demo

Bar at the edge of papillon is a passion project originally made for a sort of gamejam in my friend's server.

It started out as a really small project, but as i got better at pixel art and using godot this game took a much better shape than i originally planned, now planning to develop it further and eventually releasing it on Steam.

The game itself is a Casual Arcade Simulation game about selling food to customers, with the possibility of changing your menu, buying upgrades, and various visual novel style cutscenes in between days to let you rest and read about the world the protagonist inhabits, as well as the personalities of all other characters.

The protagonist is an artificial doll named Poba, who lived abroad for 5 years with her father in another country. After much deliberation, she chooses to go back to Paphollana to live with her sister Batana, who wanted to open up their father's bar again after years of it being closed, with the desire to eventually buy a proper home.

The demo currently contains 6 upgrades for the bar, of which 1 additional menu item, 3 upgrades for existing menu items, and two decorations.
The demo also contains only ~8 clients (which will be increased by a significant amount in the final version) and 3 end-of-day cutscenes (which will also be increased by a significant amount).

Note: This is only a demo preview, i wont publish the game on itchio and will only be publishing it at a later time on steam. Additionally, all music and some of the sounds used are royalty free ones taken from pixabay at the present moment.
